October 28, Fineko/abc.az. By decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the Regulation on information system "E-Register & Cadastre of Real Estate (DERKIS) has been approved.

According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan must resolve the issues arising from this document.

The Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has been instructed to take the necessary measures to form, maintain, organize, operate and develop DERKIS.

Within 18 months, the Ministry must ensure that documents and information compiled (issued) prior to the entry into force of the decree and stored in the information resources of subordinate institutions within and outside the structure of the Ministry of Economy are entered into DERKIS.

It is also necessary to ensure that DERKIS is included in the Unified Register of State Information Resources, Systems and Electronic Services, as well as in the State Register of Personal Data Information Systems.
