October 16, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2026, 18.856 million tons of oil were transported via oil pipeline Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (8.3% less against Jan-Sept 2025), the State Statistics Committee informs.

76.6% of the entire oil transportation accounted for the BTC pipeline.

Out of the overall volume, 82% (15.456 million tons) accounted for oil produced in Azerbaijan and 18% (3.4 million for oil from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
