October 16, Fineko/abc.az. The deadline for obtaining a permit for the construction of solar power plants on a land plot located in the administrative territory of Jabrayil district and designated for renewable energy sources has been extended by one year.

In this regard, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a relevant decree.

Under the decree, the State Committee for Urban Planning & Architecture must provide information about this to the Cabinet of Ministers within three days from the date of issuing the construction permit or, in case of non-issuance of the permit within the prescribed period, after its expiration.
