October 2, Fineko/abc.az. Issues of creating a self-locking mechanism and applying a waiting period for loans given remotely have been discussed in Azerbaijan.

The Association of Banks of Azerbaijan informs that during the organization of the structure, with the participation of representatives of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Credit Bureau LLC, an online meeting was held on the application of new requirements for remotely-given loans.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the state of readiness for the introduction of new requirements, approaches to practical implementation, issues requiring clarification, and possible solutions.

The participants brought to attention practical issues that may arise during the implementation process and voiced suggestions for their solution.

The meeting continued with mutual exchange of opinions and answers to questions.
