September 7, Fineko/abc.az. Seven core OPEC+ members—Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman—agreed during a virtual meeting to maintain their required oil production levels for October unchanged from September.
The decision comes at a time when export disruptions through the Strait of Hormuz continue to restrict physical crude flows, limiting the group's direct impact on physical supply.
The seven producers are scheduled to convene for their next monthly review on October 4.
