Oil price goes up: Brent - $97.35 per barrel

September 7, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades keep on rising in Monday's trading after last week’s growth.

As of 09:20, November’s Brent crude futures at the ICE Futures Europe exchange increased by $1.07 (1.11%) up to $97.35 per barrel. Following the trading on September 4, the contract rose by $0.76 (0.80%) up to $96.28 per barrel.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), October’s futures for WTI crude oil grew by $1.06 (1.16%) up to $92.54 per barrel by 09:20. Following the trading on September 4, the contract observed growth by $0.18 (0.20%) up to $91.48 per barrel.

At the world markets, the price of Azerbaijani crude oil Azeri Light decreased by $0.78 (0.74%) to $104.20 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent rose by 9.28%, WTI by 9.69%, Azeri Light by 12.18%.
