July 21, Fineko/abc.az. 38 real estate objects on the balance sheet of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan will be re-auctioned on August 13, 2026 at 10:00.

Non-residential premises located in various districts of Baku are mainly put up for sale. A significant portion of the properties is made up of offices in the Amay shopping center located in Khatayi district (23, 8th November Avenue). Additionally, large non-residential properties are being put up for auction in Nizami district (76, Mammad Aras Street), Yasamal district (20A, Mirali Seyidov Street), and Akhmadli settlement of Khatayi district (136P, Muhammed Hadi Street).

The starting prices of the facilities range from 60,000 to 40.37 million manats. The most expensive lot is a non-residential building with an area of 15,778.1 sq m in Akhmadli settlement, Khatayi district. Its initial price is 40.37 million manats, and the deposit for participation in the auction is 2.02 million manats.
