July 6, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are demonstrating different dynamics in Monday’s trading.

As of 09:25 on Baku time, the value of September’s futures contract for Brent oil at the ICE Futures exchange decreased by $0.15 (0.21%) to $71.97 per barrel. Following the trading on July 3, the contract grew in price by $0.15 (0.21%) up to $72.12 per barrel.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), August’s WTI oil futures contract rose by $0.05 (0.07%) up to $68.87 per barrel by 09:25. Following the previous trading session on July 3, the contract increased in price by $0.13 (0.19%) up to $68.82 per barrel.

The price of Azeri Light observed rgowth by $1.12 (1.56%) up to $72.93 per barrel.

Last week, Brent fell in price by 0.66%, WTI by 0.59%, and Azeri Light by 1.56%.
