April 22, Fineko/abc.az. In connection with the preparation of the Bill on Financial Leasing in Azerbaijan, it is planned to remove concept “leasing” from national legislation.

ABC.AZ informs that this was reported at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, where the Bill was discussed.

It was noted at the meeting that word “leasing”, which is an international term, was translated into our language in the form in which it is pronounced, and was expressed as “leasing”, and its use (translation) is currently presented in the draft law as a “finance lease" it was deemed appropriate. In a number of countries, the term ”financial credit" is also used as a literal translation in the language of these countries.
