September 10, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures to use the finances of the target budget funds created as part of the State Budget and extra-budgetary funds of budgetary organizations.

Under the decree, with exception of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Customs Committee and the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy, that part of the extra-budgetary funds of State Budget-financed organizations, allocated to social protection will be used exclusively to strengthen the social protection of employees who do not hold administrative and support positions in accordance with the Law on Public Service.

The remaining part of the extra-budgetary funds of these organizations will be directly transferred to the State Budget.
