April 17, Fineko/abc.az. As of March 1, 2026, the population had 40.7 million manats in banks in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (45.4% more than on March 1, 2025), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Nakhchivan State Statistics Committee.

94% of deposits were made in national currency and 6% in foreign currency. Compared with the same term of 2025, the amount of deposits in national currency increased by 46.2% and in foreign currency by 34%.
