The indicator for measuring the impact of external state financial control (ESFC) measures on the State Budget is set at 100%, and the actual implementation was also 100%.

The indicator for assessing the effectiveness of expenditures of the State Budget of the Accounts Chamber was determined at a level of more than 10%, the actual performance was 9.8%.

The external audit indicator was determined as 11, and the actual performance was also 11.

The staff turnover rate was set at less than 10%, while the actual performance was 7.6%.

The indicator for the number of audits of the Chamber was determined at the level of more than 2, the actual performance was 3.

The indicator for the share of IP audits in the total audit portfolio was determined at the level of more than 16%, the actual performance was 14%.

The indicator for the number of modules created and updated in RIDES is set at 9, the actual performance was also 9.

At the same time, the level of measures on operational plans increased by year: in 2021 - 80.3%, in 2022 - 87.3%, in 2023 - 91.7%, in 2024 - 81.8%, in 2025 - 89%.

The report indicates that important documents such as the Accounts Chamber's Strategic Plan, Human Resource Management Strategy, Training Strategy, and Communication Strategy were adopted during this period.
