Conflict over Iran causes fuel prices to rise all over world

April 1, Fineko/abc.az. The conflict over Iran has caused fuel prices to rise all over the world.

ABC.AZ informs that the largest growth was recorded in the Philippines – 54.2% and 81.6%, respectively.

In China, growth was 10%, in South Korea, growth was also 8.4% and 15.1%, respectively, in Japan, the pace was more modest (but the authorities there had already reached into reserves to contain prices).

Last Friday, Brent crude oil prices exceeded $110 per barrel (the highest since mid-2022). The International Energy Agency has warned that the crisis could lead to one of the largest disruptions in oil supplies in recent times.
