April 1, Fineko/abc.az. The cost of gasoline in Germany in the second half of March reached its highest since the spring of 2022, €2.13 per liter, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the European Commission.
The figure is almost 13% higher than the European average: currently, this type of fuel cost Europeans an average of €1.89 per liter.
In addition, this is one of the highest rates among the countries of the association - for comparison, gasoline is more expensive only in Denmark (€2.25 per liter) and the Netherlands (€2.35), and it costs about the same amount to consumers in Finland (€2.11).
