March 31, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Tuesday’s trading.
As of 09:50, at the ICE Futures exchange, May’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.40 (0.35%) to $112.38 per barrel. Following the trading on March 30, May’s Brent futures increased in price by $0.21 (0.19%) up to $112.78 per barrel. The May futures expire on Tuesday.
The more actively traded June contracts of Brent fell by this time by $0.44 (0.41%) to $106.95 per barrel. The June contract rose in price on March 30 by $2.07 (1.97%) up to $107.39 per barrel.
By 09:50, at the NYMEX stock exchange, May’s futures for WTI crude oil decreased by $0.31 (0.30%) to $102.57 per barrel. Following the trading on March 30, the May futures for WTI grew in price by $3.24 (3.25%) up to $102.88 per barrel.
Brent crude oil ends March with record growth amid the conflict in the Middle East, it has risen in price by 55% since the beginning of the month. The price of WTI rose by 54% in March.
