January 29, Fineko/abc.az. By January 1, 2026, 684 million manats of loans were given to Azerbaijani entrepreneurs on preferential terms under the guarantees of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, including 147 million manats in 2025.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the AMCGF that in addition, in order to increase entrepreneurs' access to financial resources and reduce the payment burden due to funds allocated from the state budget, the AMCGF provided 47.4 million manats of subsidies for accrued interests on business loans in 2018-2024.

The average term of guaranteed loans within the mechanism has so far been 30 months, the actual annual interest rate on loans paid by entrepreneurs through subsidies for a portion of accrued interests on business loans was 6.8%, and the loan amount provided to entrepreneurs ranged from 30,000 to 5 million manats.

The loans were aimed at industries relating to the production and processing of industrial products, agriculture and the food industry, the construction sector, tourism and infrastructure development, machinery and equipment manufacturing, trade and services. It is planned to create more than 6,000 jobs for projects financed through loans provided to entrepreneurs through guarantees and interest subsidies from the AMCGF.
