December 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has signed a contract for the purchase of residential premises.

ABC.AZ reports that the AMCGF is implementing another project to purchase residential space under the lease mechanism with the obligation to sell it.

The purchase of the relevant project was entrusted to Maksimus LLC.

The total purchase price is 68,703,095.9 manats.

The acquisition of residential space, taking into account the needs of citizens, will be carried out in residential areas located within the Sumgait city administrative territory.
