October 23, Fineko/abc.az. In 2026, budget revenues of the State Oil Fund (SOFAZ) are projected to amount to 13.32 billion manats (9.8% less than in 2025), and budget expenditures - in the amount of 12.974 billion manats (11.1% less).

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the draft budget package for 2026.

According to the document, next year SOFAZ’s expenditures will total 12.835 billion manats for transfer to the State Budget, 7.1 million manats for the state program to increase the international competitiveness of the higher education system for 2019-2023, 99.2 million manats for financing the state program for youth education in prestigious higher education institutions in foreign countries for 2022-2028, and 32.8 million manats for financing international double degree programs in accordance with the presidential decree "On additional measures to enhance the international competitiveness of the higher education system" dated July 22, 2025.
