September 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship discussed the draft amendments to the Law on the Central Bank.

During the discussions, the risk profile will be reassessed if financial institutions change their reorganization, beneficial owner, type of activity, group of clients or geographical circle, as well as if the amount or intensity of transactions increases by 40% or more per year.

The CBA will determine the frequency and intensity of control measures, taking into account risks at the country level, the internal control mechanisms of institutions, their characteristics and a risk-based approach.
