October 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Board of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has approved the "Form and procedure for concluding a license agreement" for activities related to the installation and operation of gas refueling infrastructure facilities.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, the head of the Board, Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov signed a new decision.

According to the document, legal entities, branches and representative offices of foreign companies, as well as individual entrepreneurs are required to conclude a license agreement with the Ministry within 30 days from the date of obtaining a license.

The contract must be executed in writing and is open-ended. If it is not concluded within the specified period, the issued license does not acquire legal force.

The Legal Department of the Ministry has been instructed to submit this decision to the Ministry of Justice within 3 days for inclusion in the State Register of Legal Acts.
