October 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank is working over capital markets in accordance with its mandate. 

ABC.AZ reports that Central Bank of Azerbaijan’s governor Taleh Kazimov stated about this at a press conference on the parameters of the interest rate corridor.

"In the 1st half of the year, an international consultant and I found all the differences when the entire legal and regulatory framework for securities was compared with international practice. Our legislation needs up to 300 improvements in this area. Starting in September, and at most in May 2026, we plan to share with the relevant authorities the final version of possible changes in the capital markets and approve it by the end of next year," Kazimov emphasized.
