September 17, Fineko/abc.az. According to the Ministry of Finance, Azerbaijan's State Budget revenues for 2027 are projected at 39.234 bn manats ($23.08 bn). This figure is 625 million manats (1.6%) more than the approved figure for 2026 and 49.4 million manats (0.1%) more than the performance figures for 2025.

Next year, State Budget expenditures are projected at 42.4 bn manats ($24.94 bn), which is 696.4 million manats (1.7%) more than in 2026. This means a rise of 3.795 bn manats (9.8%) compared to the executed expenditures of 2025.

The budget deficit will grow by 71.4 million manats (2.3%) against 2026 and amount to 3.166 bn manats ($1.86 billion), which is equal to 2.2% of GDP.
