September 30, Fineko/abc.az. As of September 1, 2025, the net foreign assets of Azerbaijani banks amounted to 27.4 bn manats.

The indicator is 1.9% more month-on-month, 1.5% more than at the beginning of the year and 6.4% more than on September 1, 2024, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank.

As of the reporting date, banks' net domestic assets amounted to 20.762 bn manats, which is 2% less month-on-month, 4.4% more than at the beginning of the year, and 5.7% more than on September 1, 2024.

There are 22 banks operating in Azerbaijan with total assets of 55.67 bn manats.
