September 24, Fineko/abc.az. Experience of China's statistical digitalization is of interest in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the adviser to the director general at the Chinese Census Center, Jie Zhang, made this statement at the III International Statistical Forum in Baku.

According to Ms. Zhang, rapid development of artificial intelligence in recent years has placed higher demands on statistical information services from governments, business structures and the public.

"The growing volume of data not only opens up new opportunities for organizing social and economic activities, but also creates challenges for statistical and analytical work. It is in response to this that the State Statistics Committee of China has strengthened the use of cloud technologies and artificial intelligence in statistical work and aimed at creating a single cloud platform," she said.
