September 8, Fineko/abc.az. Benchmark crude prices were climbing in Monday trading.
As of 09:49, November futures for Brent crude on the ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.96 (1.47%) to $66.46 per barrel. On September 5, Brent’s November contract had fallen by $1.49 (2.22%) to $65.50 per barrel.
Meanwhile, October futures for WTI crude on the NYMEX increased by $0.92 (1.49%) to $62.79 per barrel. On September 5, the October WTI contract had dropped by $1.61 (2.54%) to $61.87 per barrel.
Over the course of last week, Brent crude declined by 2.93%, while WTI lost 3.34%.
