Copper falls ahead of U.S. economic data

September 4, Fineko/abc.az. On Thursday, September 4, copper prices declined on the London Metal Exchange ahead of the release of key U.S. economic data this week.

According to ABC.AZ, Bloomberg reported that copper prices fell by 0.5% to $9,926 per ton.

Traders are awaiting the U.S. employment report, which is expected to determine the Federal Reserve’s next steps regarding interest rates.
