September 2, Fineko/abc.az. In the first half of 2025, housing rental prices in Baku were more affordable than in neighboring capitals.

ABC.AZ reports, citing a ranking published by Numbeo, one of the world’s largest databases, that the average monthly rent in the city center was $478 for a one-bedroom apartment and $964 for a three-bedroom apartment. By comparison, rents ranged from $748 to $1,256 in Yerevan and $713 to $1,376 in Tbilisi.
