August 13, Fineko/abc.az. In the 2nd quarter of this year, the housing market price index increased by 1.1% compared with the 1st quarter, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

During this period, prices in the primary housing market grew by 3.2%, and in the secondary market by 1.1%.

Over Jan-Jun 2025, the price index in the housing market as a whole increased by 13.8% versus Jan-Jun 2024, including in the primary housing market – by 12.9%, and in the secondary market – by 13.8%.
