July 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has issued a mandatory order to insurance company Qala Sığorta and a number of independent experts.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA that during the monitoring at Qala Sığorta, it was revealed that no civil law contracts were concluded with independent experts.

It was also revealed that a number of independent experts included in the register did not update the information in the register and did not carry out activities on the type of compulsory insurance through the Compulsory Insurance Bureau system.

In this regard, in accordance with the requirements of Article 102 of the Law on Insurance Activities, the company and independent experts have been issued a binding order.
