July 14, Fineko/abc.az. ING Group Banking Group of the Netherlands forecasts average annual inflation in Azerbaijan at 5.3% in 2025.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to ING that compared with the previous forecast, expectations increased by 0.1 percentage points.

The bank's analysts expect inflation to reach 4.6% in the third quarter (a rise of 0.1 p.p.), and 4.8% in the fourth quarter (+0.1 p.p.).

ING expects average annual inflation of 4.6% in the first quarter of 2026, 4.9% in the second quarter, 5.2% in the third quarter, and 5.7% in the fourth quarter.

In general, ING forecasts average annual inflation in Azerbaijan in 2026 at 5.1% (unchanged from the previous forecast).
