July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is turning into a regional center, a key hub on the path to "green growth" and the expansion of transport and digital links between the South Caucasus and Central Asia, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the EBRD.

Azerbaijan is strengthening its position thanks to successful projects in the field of renewable energy and sustainable development, in the wake of its chairmanship at the UN Climate Change Conference COP29.

The country is rapidly moving towards an inclusive and diversified low-carbon economy within national program Azerbaijan 2030.

The EBRD notes that conditions are being created in Azerbaijan for green investments and long-term projects, combining its strategic geographical location with partnership between the private and public sectors.
