July 9, Fineko/abc.az. To date, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has guaranteed 1,294 loans in the amount of 116.891 million manats, ABC.AZ reports, quoting AMCGF's general manager Rasim Abdullayev as saying this at a meeting with media representatives.

According to Abdullayev, 32% of mortgage loans given to date withion the AMCGF line have been received by people in the preferential category.

"67% of loans were given to young people and young families, and 22% were in the country’s districts (52 cities and districts)," Abdullayev said.
