July 9th, Fineko/abc.az. The Energy Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy (EIA) has kept unchanged the forecast for the production of liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan for 2026.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the June forecast, the EIA predicts the production of liquid hydrocarbons in Azerbaijan in 2026 at the level of 540,000 b/d, which corresponds to the June forecast.

At the same time, production in the first quarter will reach 550,000 b/d (the June forecast is 550,000 b/d), in the second quarter - 540,000 b/d (540,000 b/d), in the third and fourth quarters - 530,000 b/d (530,000 b/d).

In 2024, the production of liquid hydrocarbons in the country totaled 600,000 b/d. In the first quarter, it was at the level of 600,000 b/d, in the second and third quarters - by 590,000 b/d, in the fourth quarter - 600,000 b/d.
