July 7, Fineko/abc.az. As of July 1, 2025, authorized banks guaranteed credits on preferential terms in the amount of 587.9 million manats to entrepreneurs under the guarantees of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, including 38.2 million manats accounted for Jan-Jun 2025.

ABC.AZ informs that so far, the average term of guaranteed loans has been 28 months, the actual interest rate on loans paid by entrepreneurs through subsidizing part of the interest accrued by the Fund on Entrepreneurial Loans has been 6.2%, and the loan amount allocated to one entrepreneur has ranged from 30,000 to 5 million manats.

The loans were directed to industries related to the production and processing of industrial products, agriculture and the food industry, the construction sector, tourism and infrastructure development, the manufacture of machinery and equipment, trade and services.
It is planned to create 5,700 new jobs for projects financed through loans to entrepreneurs through guarantees and interest subsidies from the Fund.
