July 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued a license to MilliKart LLC to operate as a payment system operator.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank that the license was issued in accordance with the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems.
