June 30, Fineko/abc.az. A team of scientists from the USA studied popular brands of disposable vapes. It turned out that after several hundred puffs, some of the devices emit more metals than reusable vapes or cigarettes.
ABC.AZ reports that in addition, the level of metals in the aerosol increases with each puff: the more breaths, the higher the concentration of metals in the vapor. 

Scientists also found that when smoking a vaper, lead evaporates in huge quantities: one of the electrons released more of this metal in a day than almost 20 packs of cigarettes. That is, it is equivalent to smoking 380 cigarettes.

Among other things, the levels of nickel and antimony in some devices have exceeded the permissible concentrations, after which the risk of cancer increases.
