Now foreigners without a visa to need registration for ‘Public Services’ before entering Russia - Date

June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from today, foreign citizens entering Russia under visa-free regime will have to pre-register digitally on portal Gosuslugi (Public Services) and receive a QR code for presentation at the border.

ABC.AZ informs that the application should be submitted no later than 72 hours before entering Russia.

This requirement applies to tourists and other persons arriving in Russia without a visa.
