May 27, Fineko/abc.az. The income of Azerbaijani banks from loans for Jan-Apr 2025 has been published.

ABC.AZ informs, referring to the Central Bank, that in the first 4 months of this year, banks' interest income on loans amounted to 1.207 billion manats (23% more versus Jan-Apr 2024).

Banks' interest income on loans for Jan-Apr 2024 totaled 984 million manats.

Over Jan-Apr 2025, interest expenses reached 541.5 million manats. Most of the interest expense came from deposits.
