September 28, Fineko/abc.az. The liquidation process of Azerbaijan Credit Bank OJSC, which was carried out by the Deposit Insurance Fund, has been completed.

According to court's decision, the mandatory liquidation of the bank began in 2015, and since 2019, the ADIF has been appointed as the liquidator. The fulfillment of all the bank's obligations is fully secured.

After the completion of legal procedures based on the appeal of the Fund, by the decision of the Administrative Board of the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan dated August 19, 2026, the liquidation process of the bank was officially completed, and the liquidation activities of the Fund were terminated.
