April 8, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of 2025, Azerbaijan's State Budget revenues amounted to 9.7 billion manats (171.4 million manats or 1.8% more than the quarterly forecast).

State Budget expenditures for Q1 of 2025 totaled 8.115 billion manats (165 million manats less than the quarterly forecast).

As ABC reports.AZ, this is stated in the message of the Ministry of Finance.

Compared with Q1 of 2024, revenues grew by 5.4%, while expenses decreased by 1.6%.

As a result, there was surplus of 1.618 billion manats in the budget, which is almost twice as much as in 2024.

According to the MoF, the revenue part was fulfilled by 101.8%, the expenditure part - by 98%.

The lower costs are attributed to fewer working days in March.

In State Budget revenues, receipts from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy amounted to 4.38 billion manats, from the State Customs Committee - 1.43 billion manats, from the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy - 10.4 million manats, from paid services of organizations financed from the State Budget - 136.7 million manats, others receipts amount to 154.9 million manats.

In the 1st quarter of 2025, State Oil Fund’s transfer to the State Budget amounted to 3.62 billion manats (425 million manats (13.3%) more versus Q1 of 2024).
