March 7, Fineko/abc.az. The list of activities requiring licensing (with the exception of cases arising from state security) is being expanded.
ABC.AZ informs that this matter is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Law on Licenses & Permits, discussed at today’s Milli Majlis plenary session.
Under valid law, installation and operation of liquefied and natural gas facilities is considered a type of activity that requires a license. With the proposed amendment, this paragraph will be redacted and will include a list of activities that require a license to install and operate refueling and gas supply facilities.
In compliance with the draft amendments to the Law on State Duty, a state fee is set for issuing licenses for the installation and operation of gas filling and supply facilities. Thus, the state fee for issuing licenses for the installation of refueling and gas supply facilities will amount to 1,100 manats, and the state fee for issuing licenses for the operation of refueling and gas supply facilities - 2,500 manats.
The bill was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
