March 7, Fineko/abc.az. Individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity in Azerbaijan are exempt from responsibility for submitting their credit history to the credit bureau.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, at today's plenary session of the parliament, a draft amendment to the Law on Credit Bureaus was submitted for discussion in the first reading.

According to the draft, legal entities engaged in the purchase and sale of goods on credit in Azerbaijan and individuals engaged in business activities without establishing a legal entity will be exempt from liability in connection with the provision of information constituting their credit history to at least one existing credit bureau.

After discussion, the draft was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
