February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Volkswagen Bank RUS, owned previously by German carmaker Volkswagen, was bought by banker Igor Kim.

ABC.AZ reports that Kim is the owner of a 45% stake in Volkswagen Bank RUS. The rest belongs to Expomobility LLC.

Expomobility is owned by the Central Committee JSC, which is registered in Novosibirsk and is also controlled by Kim. The company is engaged in the rental and leasing of passenger cars.

According to the report, at the end of January, CC JSC became the owner of 100% of the shares of Volkswagen-owned companies Volkswagen Financial Services Rus (factoring) and Volkswagen Group Finance LLC (leasing).
