Catering turnover in Azerbaijan increased by 21.2%

February 20, Fineko/abc.az. The turnover in the catering sector of Azerbaijan observed growth of 21.2% in real terms and reached 187.9 million manats last month against January 2024.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the tate Statistics Committee, 50.3% of the turnover in the field of public catering in the private sector accounted for legal entities, 49.7% for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity in this area.

The turnover of legal entities increased by 20.7% year-on-year up to 93.6 million manats.

In 2024, the trade in the catering sector of Azerbaijan totaled 2.374 billion manats.
