Kyrgyzstan launches the first state-owned crypto exchange, Coin National Exchange

January 31, Fineko/abc.az. The first state-owned cryptocurrency exchange, Coin National Exchange, has been officially launched in Kyrgyzstan.

ABC.AZ informs that the sole shareholder of this company is the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Biybolot Mamytov has been appointed as the head. 100 million soms ($1.143 million) were allocated from the republican budget to create the exchange, the Ministry informs.

The main purpose of creating the exchange is to meet current trends and provide a secure platform for trading cryptocurrencies.

Kyrgyzstan strives to take a leading position in the field of digital finance, using its potential for innovation.

The platform will feature the most popular and reliable cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT).

The exchange will carefully select assets, focusing on their recognition and stability in the global market in order to minimize risks for users.
