January 24, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades continue declining in Friday’s trading.

The price of Brent crude futures for March on the ICE Futures exchange decreased by $0.06 (0.08%) to $78.23 per barrel by 09:24. Following the trading on January 23, March’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.71 (0.90%) to $78.29 per barrel.

The price of March’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange fell by $0.06 (0.08%) to $74.56 per barrel by 09:24. Following the trading on January 23, WTI crude futures for March declined in price by $0.82 (1.09%), to $74.62 per barrel.

Since the beginning of this week, Brent crude has fallen by 3.17% and WTI by 3.66%.
