September 6, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan held a currency auction with participation of the State Oil Fund (Sofaz).

"Following the currency auction, the weighted average exchange rate formed at the level of AZN/USD 1.7000," the CBA said.

At the previous currency auction on 4 September, the weighted average rate also amounted to AZN 1.7000 to the dollar.
