December 16, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are declining in Monday’s trading after growth following the past week.

The price of Brent crude futures for February on the ICE Futures exchange fell by $0.30 (0.40%) to $74.19 per barrel by 09:15. Following the trading on December 13, February Brent crude futures rose by $1.08 (1.47%) to $74.49 per barrel.

The price of January’s WTI oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange declined by $0.82 (1.15%) to $70.47 per barrel by 09:15. Following the trading on December 13, WTI oil futures for January grew in price by $1.27 (1.81%) to $71.29 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil rose by 4.74% and WTI oil by 6.09%.
