November 22, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 62,900 tons of aluminum for $168.9 million to foreign countries for Jan-Oct 2024.
Aluminum exports grew by $2.4 million or 1.4% in value terms versus Jan-Oct 2023 and decreased by 615 tons or 1% in quantitative terms, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Customs Committee.
And in 10 months of 2023, the country exported 63,500 tons of aluminum for $166.5 million.
The average export price of 1 kg of aluminum for the past 10 months of 2024 reached 4.56 manats (10 gapiks or 2.4% more than a year ago).
Over Jan-Oct 2023, average export price of aluminum was 4.46 manats.
