November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Sinopec Corp and Saudi Aramco began construction of an oil refinery and petrochemical complex in Fujian Province in southeastern China.

ABC.AZ informs that a new facility located in the Gulei Industrial Park in Zhangzhou City, includes an oil refinery with capacity of 16 million tons a year, or 320,000 b/d, an ethylene production plant with capacity of 1.5 million tons a year, a paraxylene production plant with capacity of 2 million tons a year, as well as a crude oil terminal with capacity of 300,000 tons.
